Expressive Art Therapy is a type of holistic therapy used to express oneself through creating.  The therapy is focused on the creative process rather than the result. People use many different medias and styles. Expressive art therapy can be: painting, drawing, music, dancing, and much more. It is a newer type of therapy and can be very affective in healing trauma and processing information.
